Questions

The detail, if you want it.

What is Qurafied, exactly?

An audited catalogue and a single counterparty. We source globally from factories we have walked ourselves, contract them directly, control the quality, consolidate the shipment and deliver it. You deal with one company from ordering to delivery, not with a chain of suppliers.

How does consolidation work?

Products from different factories within a zone combine into one order and one shipment per zone, one or more containers, depending on volume. One contract, one invoice, one counterparty, on a timeline you can plan a project around. Once registered, you can simulate a full container for volume, pricing and shipping before you commit.

What are the minimum quantities?

Low enough that a single restaurant or one showroom is a normal order. Pieces are made to order in your fabrics, finishes and dimensions, and samples are available before you commit.

How is quality controlled?

Three steps. Every factory is audited against fixed admission criteria before it can list. Production is checked at named stages, dated and photographed against your approved sample. A final inspection happens before it ships, and you see the photographs first.

How long does a quote take?

A costed project quote in five working days. Pricing a project the old way took four to eight weeks of chasing suppliers, with every quote in its own format, nothing comparable and so nothing decidable.

Which zones do you source from?

Zone C, China (East): the full interior range. Zone E, China (South): interior, outdoor, workplace and lighting. Zone G, Vietnam (South): seating, dining chairs and tables. Zone K, Indonesia (Central Java): teak, indoor and outdoor. Zone V, Poland: everything indoor across retail, contract and workspace. Zone W, Romania: chairs and upholstered goods. More follow as factories pass admission. Zone selection is yours, driven by timing or price.

Who do I contract with, and who is liable?

Every order contracts with Qurafied HK Limited as principal supplier, not an agent, not a marketplace, not an introduction to a factory. One purchase order, one invoice, one company answerable if something is wrong.

Do you work with procurement houses and specifiers?

Yes, and the client relationship stays yours. One counterparty covers every zone, so a separate relationship per country is not needed. List prices are published retail-first with fixed discount tiers, so the structure stays legible to you and to your client.
